Can we run the AI locally in our own environment?

Yes, CrisisRadar offers the unique option of installing the AI model entirely within your own IT environment. This means that sensitive data does not have to leave your network. We support both on-premises installations and private cloud solutions within your own secure environment.

How does the system integrate with our Microsoft 365 / Google Workspace?

CrisisRadar It integrates seamlessly with Microsoft 365 (Entra ID) and Google Workspace via standard OAuth 2.0 protocols. Users can log in with their existing work accounts without having to remember new passwords. User groups and permissions are automatically synchronised from your existing directory services.

Which data remains in the Netherlands?

With the cloud-based solution, all data is stored on servers in Dutch data centres. With the on-premises AI installation, all data remains within your own network and infrastructure. In both cases, CrisisRadar fully complies with the AVG / GDPR and other relevant laws and regulations.

Can the AI learn our internal procedures?

Absolutely. CrisisRadar’s AI can be trained using your specific internal procedures, terminology and communication guidelines.
